RENOVARE’s major purpose is to promote Rational Use of Energy (RUE) and/or Renewable Energy Sources (RES) in companies located in the Portuguese “Beira Interior” and Spanish “Castela y León” Euroregions, including neighbours regions. This implementation will allow the reduction of energy consumptions, energy costs, and environmental impact, by the reduction of the greenhouse effect resulting from gas emissions.
In order to present the implemented measures, pilot actions will take place. The companies selected to participate in the project will contribute to demonstrate the applicability of the implemented (RUE) and RES measures. These companies will also participate in the foreseen dissemination actions and in results communication activities. All these dissemination activities will aim at the corresponding activity sectors in which the selected companies are included. more
